Natalie is a one of a kind event planner. We had the pleasure of having her be our wedding planner and it was truly one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. To give context - we started planning for our wedding before the pandemic and once things changed, we had to be adaptable and make significant adjustments to how we celebrated our event. At this
moment, Natalie quickly jumped into action to help us better navigate the headwinds, making things less stressful. She wanted us to know that our wedding day was a priority. This gave us comfort
to know we were in good hands with Natalie from the beginning until the end. Some incredible action steps executed by Natalie includes: Finding us a beautiful venue, working with the
venue to change our wedding date several times. As our planner, Natalie created a wedding website for us, where we were able to keep our guests informed on changes we had to make as result of the
pandemic restrictions. She organized our budget, ensuring we didn’t overspend, she was reachable and scheduled regular touchpoints with us at every planning stage, accompanied us on important
in-person visits and in some cases stepped when necessary to put our best interest first, she asked the right questions to understand our needs and take appropriate action, like maintaining
contact with our bridal party to ensure they had what they needed as well. You can tell that she really cared about our happiness, by the way she executed everything. During our time
working with Natalie, she was a trusted and reliable planner and would make our wedding special and wonderful. We highly recommend her as an event planner and look forward to having

Planning my own milestone birthday party from start to finish was an exciting and memorable experience. Every detail was brought to fruition from the theme, to procuring the venue, creating the games and customizing the speciality drinks and of course the decor.
Being able to celebrate this milestone with family and friends was priceless! I definitely wasn’t my easiest client but I delivered on everything I wanted the night to be ... a fun, interactive, engaging atmosphere for all!

She picked the perfect venue: very posh and intimate downtown dinner/dance lounge and her beautiful décor included an abundance of beautiful big white roses in glittery lavender vases,
sparkling chandeliers hung throughout the lounge reflecting
a soft mauve hue and scatterings of diamonds to accent the soft glowing hues throughout !! She had discussed menu selections with the chef and manager creating a beautiful tapas selection
for guests throughout the evening!! She was well organized even having the bar highlight one of my favorite bevvy's, the "Lychee Martini" for the event!!
My family can't stop raving about how she had a vision for the evening immediately upon initial discussions/planning and her follow-through was impeccable!! She was very discreet
about the planning with them as it was a surprise.

Celebrating our 40th anniversary was such a memorable day and to have Natalie plan our special day was the best decision we ever made. Immediately after our initial consultation, she let us know that our tight timeline (contacted her in August and wanted the event for October, the same year) would limit venue options but that she would find us a venue that would suit our needs... she did not disappoint! She took care of everything from finding the venue to proposing the Ruby theme which is the gift of a 40th anniversary and creating all the decor like the money box, seating chart, table numbers, step and repeat with ring lighting, custom wine labels for our guest gifts and many more. She took care of everything and all we had to do was show up on the day!
Her attention to detail and coordination is top notch and my husband and I thank her so much for all her work. Hopefully we celebrate our 50th the same way and will acquire her services again!
